    1. Healthier eating
    2. Increased physical activity
    3. Weight reduction
    4. Improved self-esteem, and an enhanced positive attitude to empower kids to make better lifestyle decisions for health
  2. To prevent long term chronic health problems linked to obesity, such as:
    1. Cardiovascular disease
    2. Type 2 diabetes
    3. Cancer, and more
