All reading instruction is provided by our Speech-Language Pathologists or Masters Level Academic Specialists who use multi-sensory approaches to improve skills such as rate of reading, reading comprehension, letter/sound correspondence, and other literacy aspects. The sessions are one-on-one, giving your child focused attention on their reading needs in a positive environment. Our program uses the Orton-Gillingham system, which is one of the oldest, most well-research programs for remediating reading disorders such as developmental dyslexia and has applications for children with a variety of reading problems of various etiologies.
Our reading program is beneficial to children with a wide range of reading difficulties, beginning readers, or even for children that are advanced and want to nurture their reading skills.
